STC MEMBER - RECIPROCAL INFO

Before you go:

A letter of introduction from your home club that is confirmed as one of the Clubs that has an agreement of reciprocity with the Seattle Tennis Club is required to be received by STC Member & Guest Services prior to your visit. Here are the details:
  • Request your letter of introduction at your home club upon EVERY visit to the Seattle Tennis Club.
  • Letters of introduction are used to confirm current status of membership with that home club and therefore cannot be accepted sooner than 30 days in advance.
  • Letters must be received by STC Member & Guest services at least 72 hours prior to arrival (48 hours for those with a formal reciprocal agreement).
  • If you would like to confirm that your letter of introduction was received and processed by STC prior to your visit, please contact Member & Guest Services at (206) 324-3200.
  • After your letter of introduction is received and processed, you may utilize the club number provided for your stay to book reservations in advance. See further details below.
  • A reciprocal club member may visit up to twice per year with a maximum visit length of 14 days per visit.

During your visit:

  • For the most up to date hours and information, contact Member & Guest services.
  • Upon arrival, please check in at the Guard House and then let them know that you are headed to Member & Guest Services to pick up your pass. It is KEY to pick up your Reciprocal Guest Card at Member & Guest Services in order to confirm your visit, utilize the card for entry at the Guard House every day of your visit, make reservations, charge on a club number, and ensure that all charges during your visit are correctly billed to your home club member account.

After your visit:

Thank you for visiting!
  • If you utilized the club number provided by STC Member & Guest Services that was listed on your Reciprocal Guest Card, these charges will be billed to your home club account through a filing with our Accounting Department. If you need to follow up on your billing, please contact our Member Billing Manager.
  • If you prefer to charge to a credit or debit card while you are here, no problem! Please keep in mind that the only areas where these forms of payment are accepted are in the Pro Shop, Member Dining areas, some Member Events, and some tournaments.
  • Want to come back? Great! Please note that the process of requesting a letter of introduction must be repeated at each non-consecutive visit.
