Every meal is created with style and perfection by our passionate Catering team lead by Chef Ricky Nunez. Selections include fresh, organic and locally grown ingredients superbly crafted and richly presented by professionally trained staff. Your guests will rave about the innovative cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and impeccable service that Seattle Tennis Club has set the standard for since 1890.

AMENITIES

Event reservations can include everything you need including tables, chairs, a selection of table linens, service ware, china, votive candles, and all glassware. For a small additional fee, the Club can also provide use of complete audio-visual systems including projectors, a speaker’s podium, microphones, and a baby grand piano.

A ROOM WITH A VIEW

The Club’s elegant rooms can accommodate small gatherings or larger events. All special event rooms embrace breathtaking views of Lake Washington and Mount Rainier.

Our Venue

Say “I Do” with a stunning waterfront ceremony on our North Lawn, overlooking Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier. Our indoor banquet rooms offer classic elegance and breathtaking views. For outdoor events, our expansive North Lawn can accommodate up to 300 guests with panoramic views and built-in audio system.

Ballroom

The Ballroom is a quietly understated and elegant space offering an adjoining Gallery with breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Washington. Perfect for receptions, galas, and dinner parties. The Ballroom rental includes the Gallery which can be used for additional seating, reception, or buffet service. Cocktail bars, podium, dancefloor, and audio-visual systems are available and included.

Gallery

With breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Washington, the Gallery is an excellent space for all occasions and can be combined with the Ballroom or Courtside Bistro to accommodate additional guests.

Courtside Bistro

Recently renovated in 2026, the Courtside Bistro is a fresh and modern space to host receptions or casual gatherings. A fully equipped bar is built in the center of the space, surrounded by views of Lake Washington and the outdoor Tennis Courts. The fireplace allows for a warm ambiance on those colder days. The furniture in this space is preset and made to function perfectly for groups gathering casually for light bites and drinks or prior to moving into the Ballroom and Gallery for more formal seating.

View Room

Offering one of the most spectacular views of Lake Washington, the View Room is an intimate area for small gatherings or private dining.

North Lawn

One of the most spectacular outdoor event venues in the Northwest, the Club’s North Lawn is nestled on the shores of Lake Washington with tranquil backdrops of the Bellevue skyline, Mount Rainier, gardens, and pathways. STC provides bar fronts, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests. Additional seating is available via outside rentals. Any use of glassware, china or flatware must be rented in. See page 4 for additional information.
